Life is war

Life is war....
we go to battle every single day,
feeling more and more like castaways,
in this ever churning sea


Oh, oh, life is war....
with each new day bringing calamity,
this world keeps messing with our sanity
till we can't take anymore

Hi John, I don't know how I missed this one. Great lyrics with a powerful message of love. Although this world is filled with hate, in the midst of it all love will prevail. Fabulous lyrical imagery of love, John! Made me think of my fave singer Sade (who I named my daughter after.) Her song, "Soldier of Love" has got the same vibe as this powerful poem. These pulse binding lyrics rock big-time. An instant fave, bruh. Love and peace forever

What does this mean? I feel that no matter the outcome, as the world will always be filled with War, a battle between Right and Wrong. Love is stronger than any battle. It truly is. In the end. Love conquers all. Your thoughts move me. ~ Brandy
