Life Is Just Fine

Life is just fine We leisurely dine No rushing, no worry Why should we hurry No trains to catch No meetings to make We can get up late Even bake a cake With skype and zoom No room for gloom Friends and family are close Relationships bloom This new way of life Suits me and my wife Much less stress Not to mention strife

Here, here, I am actually enjoying this, more me-time, not having to open the door to all and sundry, enjoy your time with the family, I hope the kids have stocked up on the weed . . . : )

Nice poem Gershon reflecting the situation. It seems as if every crisis is our first rodeo; then boom, a bailout package for Wall Street with borrowed money paid for with interest by the taxpayer. I guess money does grow on trees.

We are the 'chumbalones,' who bail out the big boys, while our boats continue to sink. Thanks for the truth, Dennis! :) Gershon

A wonderfully positive outlook on today's circumstances. Perhaps some good things will come from this. Good write.

For sure, some great cleanliness habits are being developed. There's usually a silver lining in trying times. Thanks, Kenneth! :) gw

Such is adjusting to the new order. It will be awesome when they can say the same in the world of health care. Stay well, Gershon.

Massive paranoia out there. The U.S. has turned into Communist USSR with 'community mandates' to stay inside unless absolutely necessary to go out. Pols are now doctors, I see. What's next? Informing on our neighbors for working in their gardens, I suppose. ~ Newly minted quasi-libertarian.

It is rather relaxing --- as long as no one is paranoid around you and/or gets the damn virus! :) gw

Peaceful life! Good! Reminds me of Happy the man whose wish and care, a few paternal acres bound, content to breathe his native air, in his own ground. ode to solitude A Pope
