Whispers float upon the wind Cutting deep beneath the skin Not a scar do they show But destroy hearts as they go Eyes that look through the glass be Though they look they do not see As a ship with no pier to bind I float tossed with no shore to find Barnicles cling, creating a cement wall Which weigh, downward I shall fall Birds dare not sing for me Even the bees stinger leaves me be
