Lie

You promised you’ll never break my heart. That we would never be apart. That with you there was nothing in the world I couldn’t work out . It was a lie from the beginning, our love had no meaning. It was a blank statement you made to get your way. After you said I love you, I felt like I’ve taken drugs and that high got me to depend on your love. Now it’s been a while, since I’ve seen you, still wishing I was with you. Not knowing what I’m going to do, seems hard, but I’ll figure it out when I get over this drug called love.
