They lie on the Left, They lie on the Right. They lie in the darkness, And hide from the light. They lie to our face, And behind our backs. They lie and they plot, And plan their attacks. They lie when they smile, They think we're the fool. They lie with their promise, Then forget when things cool. They lie for the rich, They lie to the poor. They lie so we all, Won't be free anymore. They lie and they wait, To see what we'll do. Better stop all the lies, Or Democracy's through.
