Let the Day Be Brand New
J-ust let the day be brand new,
O-nce the night passes from eyes;
J-anuary fifteenth Monday
O-pens the morn for sunrise.
G-et up from your slumber,
E-vening fades into the blue;
R-ise and let the beacon shine,
O-r let the day be brand
N-ew.
