Let Me Hold Your Hand
dear sweet son
i am
so damn proud
of you
knowing that
you are
only thirty two but
I want to
speak to you
lying inside of
this warm casket
as a father,
i know that
i abandon you,
as a child
i never spoke to you
or brought you
a birthday present or
spend quality time
with you
thus, I am a broken man
asking for your
sweet forgiveness
returning home
to your kind grave
you'll always be
my hero brave
let me hold your hand
