Let Come Whatever May

Let Come whatever may I might not be ready But in the end there’s only me to blame I once was a strong boy My heart once ablaze But now its turned to nothing more than just an incandescent flame Why does life turn to shambles As we turn to dust? The beginning felt sooo good But somehow the meaning was lost Forgive me my sins And let go of the days Karma that dirty hag Has had me in her gaze for so long I pray for a new day A way I can love For once there was promise But its all turned to sludge Before, I was a hero A rebel without a cause I stand before you now a zero Silent has gone the applause But I ask you to Remember the good times Forget all the bad Remember the man I once was But don’t dwell in the past For tomorrow is a new day The clouds will be gone The darkness turns to light As our pain turns to song Goodbye to the old me Goodbye to my friends Goodbye to the good times We’ll soon meet again
