On the edge of the leaf, spinning, Out of control, glistening Slowly dancing – a waltzlike trembling, glad to see the hesitation of colors, graceful as sun’s reflection on the waters, lakes of melancholic, drifting soundless and soothed by the twisting, gusts,, stilled like a feeling, blessed by imaginations, healed by the Southern sunrise, a melody of laughing hearts, bruised by twilight, feelings, flowing on the soft feathers, crazy nights, quietly spinning, noiseless feelings bleeding into the heart, heavy with hope – pounding, rhythms of light, playing softly, rushing moonbeams into the stardust effervescence, soothing echoes, sighing on the horizon, mountains grieving for the shadows, in melancholy, dreading the broken promises, storybook dreams, pages of lavender lilacs, embraced by the distant prayers, fading into the breath, stilling the notes, journeying past forever, blazing a trail in the nocturnal, feeding on laughter that has silenced the dark, hesitating through the heart, breaking promises, pausing in the dreams who assure, wherever there is light, there is warrant, exposed in the soul, music in kisses, ebony boldness, creating a rhythm, beautiful as the rain’s steely grace, sighing on the realms of quiet impressions, risking the whimsical mysteries, tears, in flames, roaring breathing the break, the heart’s scars, deathlike gray, praying for the memories, in hues of soft beating, trembling, repeating the slow soft cadence, tempting the slayer, who believes and agrees, ten reasons forever abides in the gales, swept away, by the fires of a silence, still and reflective, noiseless truths, cultivating, dreams in moist grace, liquid listening beyond the praise, strange as it is amazing, bonds of light, softly gazing, into the moon, the stars erasing, dismal whispers, sighing, existing because we have finally heard, the music in prayers, the tone an easy blend of hope and heart, forever cultivated by the nights who remind me why – love, and love alone, is the reason for the seasons, the promise in the mirror, the joy in a sigh, the breathless knowing, passing by, coloring the days in tempting haze, erasing the dreariest tones, pouring the dream of silence, a nature arising, ambience of enlightenment, unreal, but defined, by the praises that slide from the night, hesitating and bleeding life through the hearts who believe, forever, the seed assuring that the soul who is wise, abides in the grace who is alive, because God sent His Son to decide, where the blood falls, rains down oceans of comfort, reassurance that – even the dream, the picture of defeat, the most surreal fantasy, is wiped away by His sincerest grace, the reason I can say – forever, is the place where spilled blood, will be the prayer’s answer for me! ,

Dearest Gina, golden poetess, I am always captivated by the inspiring beauty of your gifted pen. My senses are swept up and away on the breeze of your dreamy verse in praise and reverence of nature and God. Splendid, surreal and real; "unreal, but defined" Congratulations for your win in Tom's contest. Warmest wishes, love and hugs to you my sweet friend.. ~Susan

So many extraordinary lines, Gina, all spoke of your love for God and your abiding faith. Your words are inspirational and uplifting, filled with wisdom and insight. I especially liked these lines: coloring the days in tempting haze, erasing the dreariest tones, pouring the dream of silence, a nature arising, ambience of enlightenment, Thanks for sharing your words and your love for God. Wishing you a blessed evening, Sara
