Left Behind

Oh could one crawl back into the womb, till a brighter birthday; till the time of a blissful After-parting – but the wailing from our failures would shake us from the boughs of Heaven down to the bowls of Hell – Birth is a saving grace... a duty to self and offspring... a duty to peers, nation, and ultimately world: there is no paradise for any...if left behind a hell for even one....

Good Morning Joe - It was an honor turning to your page this morning. I very much like the title to which it stayed true to to the theme. I found the voice and tone to be in reflective and poetic fashion. Keep enjoying poetry and poetrysoup.

Hi Caren; thank you so much -- got to admit, it is quite an image to try and wrap ones mind around. Truth be told, everything we know, see and touch as realty, is our imagined image. God alone did not create all of this. That is the truth of Freewill. God is all -- individual and everything. Personal and impersonal. Up, down, sideways all at the same time. Time, Space, and the unsolved mysteries between, presently beyond human comprehension. Will always be beyond human comprehension. In a nutshell, at our best we will always live be Faith Alone.
