We learn how to go
when we learn how to stay
We learn how to grow
when we learn how to flow
We learn how to live
when we learn how to give
We learn how to be kind
when we help others in line
We learn how to win
when we learn how to lose
We learn how to choose
when we learn how to refuse
We learn how to win a race
when we learn how to pace
We learn how to say yes
when we learn how to say no
We learn how to rise above
when we learn how to go low and serve.
