Lavender ... (Triple Tetractys)

Smell of warm lavender purple and green a wonderful smell to rub on your hands, that refreshes and brings harmony to one's sense of peace, contentment, relaxed calm. A garden's very own tranquilizing plant that won't need a doctor's prescription. ~~~~~~~~~~ for Matt Caleri contest ~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Oh, Sue, your poem recalls the amazing fragrance of Yardley's lavender soap. It does, indeed, bring a "sense of peace" to us. Who needs valium when we have been endowed with lavender and poets who can convey the scent in such a soothing, delightful way. Great work, Sue! Love, Carolyn (Still moving, but was suffering Soup withdrawal so I had to visit.) Love, Carolyn
