Rendezvous on Rainbow Bridge
In days of sorrow,
Showering you with kisses
Was a bridge
To a tranquil tomorrow.
Through nights so long and deep,
Embracing you brought forth
A dawn of hope,
Like feeling of sunlight
After an Intoxicated sleep.
Seven years have swiftly passed,
In these fleeting moments, dear,
My soul found warmth in your presence,
In the gentle rise and fall of your breath,
In your pleasence.
Light of my eyes,
Today,
We faced the hardest day,
Your very soft hair,
And that smart gaze,
Have left our world,
Leaving silence in their wake.
Life left alone your beautiful eyes,
And in my arms,
You shaked and passed away,
I couldn't forsake caressing you,
but you had gone
indifferent to my cries.
My joyous angel,
My ever mourning heart,
Is still beating
Sometimes as fast as yours
But always unstable.
My sweet Bella,
The graves soil
Has taken you from me,
But the soothing scent of you
Lingers on your favorite red blanket
That is the companion of my sobs and longing.
Rest in peace my little fella.
