Actually spelled in reverse it denotes to gather Or a close approimation Linda-Alice..As for The religious aspect i note the shadowing of Christianity and paganisam..And the claim That satan has aped God since Creation is Worth consodering.?

Celtic in origin, I believe. A celebration of the year's harvest. Also called Loaf Mass Day...baking of bread and thanking the gods for the first harvest. Interesting enough that I may research further :) Thanks for commenting Andrea! :)
