Lake Envy
She was lake angry
beating the britches of the chi city
white capped whirlwinds
competition for her sisters
cul de sac of endless horizon.
Lake Mishigami,
dreamed
of vast, vicious and vicarious power
being largest of her five great sisters
not third.
