A pair of shade trees Bunyanesque in breadth as well as height
enrapt e'er by each other's gaze each other's crowns enwrapped
till round the earth entire a shadow vast eclipsed the light --
its eyeless weight unbearable to rayless life entrapped.

a dedication of Respect
for
the garden of Reason,
free of love's weeds
rank and gross in nature
a revolving helios rhyme menippean satire on
love
yet in search of
light
february, 2023 -- the romantic rhymester's bouquet of love "poems"
