Karma Evolves
When empathy’s felt, and love comes to play
Warm feelings arise for another’s pain
A touch on the shoulder, kind words to say
To help pave the way to live once again.
To give alms to the poor to help them through
They have so little and you live so grand
But for the Grace of God, it could be you
Look deep in your soul and reach out your hand.
A respect for life, all creatures and man
The earth, the oceans, and the air we breathe
Treating it gently whenever you can
Let that be the footprint that you bequeath.
You see Karma is built with every deed
Your only mission is to plant the seed.
