~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There is no such thing as a new idea. It is impossible. We simply take a lot of old ideas and put them into a sort of mental kaleidoscope. We give them a turn and they make new and curious combinations. We keep on turning and making new combinations indefinitely; but they are the same old pieces of colored glass that have been in use through all the ages. - Mark Twain
reflected in the spring’s gentle whisper
mingling the music, soul sounding crisper
risking light’s voice, calling to her sister
hues so daring, friendly and delicious
collecting moments, clearly auspicious
amazing as He who is omniscious
medley of dreams, revealing yet serene
glowing on cerulean seas of green
smudged with hints of yellow and tangerine
laughing beneath autumn’s exciting skies
waiting on night’s moon and stars to arise
listening for the wind’s song as she cries
enchanted webs of peace and grace and light
tempting moods so the heart and soul unite
