Kaleidoscope of Romance
Broad shoulders tanned
From years of working in the sun
Touching gently with her hand
Firm turns of torso chosen
His eyes resemble a faraway night sky
With shades of gold and amber
Darkened by the desire’s sigh
His yearnings arise like anger
She smiles when his lips touch hers
Whispering caresses under his breath
Like a hunter when he captures
The prey, triggering death
Together, they dance
Two joys changed into one hope
Beating out a second chance
To dream, believe and grow, kaleidoscope
Of romance
