    just sitting and whittling
      whittling and sitting
    is patience a virtue
      or time infinite

    a figure takes shape
      imagination sparks
    is it possible that
      can mastery  

    notions awash in clover
      someday ~                     
    just sittlng and whittling
      whittling and sitting

A magical poem Gershon, captures a mood beautifully....I have lost the art of whittling, had it in abundance as a child with my trusty pocket knife...poetry has become my substitute. Take care my friend...
