Through the portal of your slow breath,
you can achieve the greatest power on earth,
the greatest freedom, which is love...
Abide in the one that has molded your heart
in the shape of compassion and mercy.
You are a mandala of the great earth,
a perfect circle on this flat land of suffering.
May you have a long life and wisdom
dear gentle soul. Breathe, just breathe,
and know that you are Divinely made,
from the same canvas, as heaven.
