Mischievous monkeys swing while
boisterous birds bring a smile.
Earthy smell so full of life,

Thanks, Constance, always delighted to try out a new form. This one with its subdivisions is really unique. And with a bit of research, I find that jueju is really a smaller element with the oriental world of jintishi (modern Chinese poetry) dating from 619-907 AD. I am enjoying your form contests very much. Keep them coming and win or not, I will learn something new each time.
