Jumping Rope

When I was young, I loved to jump the rope;
Jumping helped me learn to thump the rope. 

Sometimes when jumping doubles at school,
Someone would just accidentally bump the rope.

Everyone would get upset and blame others
When the rope stopped, or grump throwing the rope.

Because I was large and heavy,
Children would always lump me bad at rope.

I wish somehow, Sunflower now
Could once again trump others at rope.
