Jumping up, jumping down
Jumping over the rope
Jumping without a frown
Jumping higher, I hope
The cock and hen and goose
Watch me jumping so high
I'm like a bird let loose
See, I can almost fly!
My friends, they twirl the rope
Counting my jumping spree
Thinking if they can cope
And jump as high as me
Jumping up, jumping down
Jumping over the rope
Jumping until sundown
Jumping above all scope
