Gifts of Joy
Terrace
overlooking
ripening fields
waves of golden wheat
poppy red cheeks
bread and beauty mix
sloping to azurin sea
veil of stars
meeting horizon
autumn leaves
satin lit
with what splendor
the sun
retires to sleep
points of lights
in darkness glide
fishermen' catch
to their homes not far
purple golden berry flowers
floating in bowl of chocolate wine
time to uncork champagne bottle
fire of violet silvery sparks
red glittering hearts
streamers in color
spelling
Happy Birthday Darling
One To Love You Year Gone By
One To Love You More Yet Coming
balloons
purple and white
leaving hands
clapping
laughter of friends
dancing
under starlit canopy
sky.
Soundless dew drops
by memory sparkled
gifts of joy
that vanish when
forgotten.
