Judge With Eyes Open Not Shut -Matthew 7: 1-7

Scripture meets this dilemma strongly if you don't judge others then you're safe so you won't get judged yourself fall to this sin then you're it's slave Remember what you measure upon others will be slide ruled to what becomes you stand to be fair to yourself and others equality is the key that makes sure you do Our eyes are open wide to others but how do we only see that speck? when we're looking at that other person we really need give self a good check Think hard when looking at yourself your eyes really are so very shut blinding you to real error of your ways accept the truth no more excuses but The lesson learned is always better to judge yourself before any other take that log out so you see clear to judge not your sister or brother (“Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. “Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you. Ask, and It Will Be Given “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. ) Matthew 7: 1-7 (ESV)

I like one translation of the Bible that says how can you get a splinter out of your brother's eye when you have a telephone pole in yours. I think about the length of the telephone pole then it really becomes hilarious to me. Of course, it is not funny for we all sin and we tend to look for the faults of others and not our own. Enjoyed reading your sermon in poetic form. Sara
