Joy In Life

Joy in life is sometimes hard to explain Especially if you are in a place of pain But actually, it can be quite simple to find A small gesture in choice, to decide to be kind Stepping outside, to notice beauty all around It is there just waiting for you, to be found For myself, I like to live genuine to me To share all I can, with what I learn and see To create with my feelings at any moment To hold onto the good times that were spent To reach others if I can, in troubled places Bring comfort to see the smiles on their faces It doesn’t take money to feel this kind of joy Be STRONG and let no-one, or anything destroy! This write is so very true my friend! Don't let anyone destroy your life, be strong! But that is harder than it seems at times, when you are really down and sad...you can be extremely vulnerable! But you must keep your chin up, and love life! What a fabulous poem on living the joyous life Heidi! What a brilliant piece, such powerful words expressed here, Great Work!!

Exactly Russell. Yes and it is hard, but some things are simple, just stepping out the door to see the beauty in this creation. It takes one step at a time. And yes, we can be very vulnerable and pain can be very deep. It is often up and down but everyone can find some joy trying. Thank you, for your very kind comment on this :)
