Jousting Surprise

I dreamt a great knight was jousting for me

His lance tossed the opponent from his steed

     In great joy I reveled

     But soon felt dissheveled

When mask was lifted, Nancy Pelosi!

Enjoyed this Limerick, Carolyn! Thank you for commenting "Roald Amundsen". A mistake for sure that some history books won't even mention him as he was a great explorer. If I would be younger and with enough means I would also go for adventure for sure!...Have a nice day. Love, Gert
