The faded pages of long-ago reads like a journal that's bound together by the threads of emotion They speak of a tapestry from years gone by written in the brain in braille... of a love who took the time to welcome perishable moments shared in the warm intimacy of passion that flowed through our veins like a vaccine When love was needed to wind the hands on the timeless clock that hangs on the wall of yesterday When our daily lives were abandoned and we created a self-imposed paradise to invite the wondrous realm of an incoming tide that suffocated the loneliness that stirred within Where the universe seemed endless and forgiving until its passing became a burden we carried as we wrote it down, somewhere in time on the pages of our memory when we wandered alone remembering the beauty we shared from the warmth of our arms when we needed to be loved

Your way with expressing and weaving thoughts is so very poetic and creative! This is another excellent take and i must highlight how much i loved the lines “ written in the brain in braille... of a love” “ on the pages of our memory when we wandered alone” these lines really fit and goes very well with “ journal” love this!! - So many pages written but neat handwriting ... with pen and liquid ink ... hidden in a chest ... forgotten for many years ... and found ... dusty and yellowed ... (that time is over ... sad) - A beautiful poem, Frederic :) - Best wishes in the contest - Have a lovely weekend :) - hugs
