Jasmine In My Daffodils
Jasmine in my daffodil
Also on the cover of my favorite lemon tea
Waving from my pirate girl
Drawn and painted by me
A happy, snappy color, not too dark
And not too bright.
Jasmine makes me feel safe,
She warms me up at night
In Jasmine pajamas with
Bunny feet and a drop seat
Jasmine smiles her love for me
She simply cannot be beat
Jasmine on my front door,
Jasmine in the hall.
Jasmine blows me kisses
I hear her subtle call.
She has the unique personality
Of one who is sweet, and kind and good.
She makes me feel terrific
As only pale yellow could.
Jasmine is my daffodil, all right.
She is my go-to gal.
Jasmine smiles her delight
She is a great big wow!
