Inciting "animosity" in Tasmania could become an offence under proposed new laws and attract two years' imprisonment.

Anyone found guilty of inciting anger which has the propensity of turning violent may be jailed for up to two years.
It's extreme to the utmost and should be consulted out of exitance.
