Jack Frost, the seasoned master of our winter days,
Arrives with gifts of frost, sleet, ice and snowy haze.
Cold winds fly in to wake him from his sleep and rise.
Kissed by the frigid air, he fashions from the skies,
Frozen white flakes of snow and icy sleet that may
Return to slush with sunny warmth on the next day.
Of course, he naps again until cold winds come back,
Sing loud the signal with their howl to remind Jack
To keep his winter wonderland of white on track.
