Ivy Overtakes Columbus Hall
Ivy has overtaken Columbus Hall
The classrooms on the east side are in shadows
No one can peek out or see the sky from those classrooms
for the windows have been long nailed shut
It is not like there was warning
It happened sneakily and stealthily
In between exams at the end of summer
and the sunshine of August's new freshman exuberance
Ivy has overtaken Columbus Hall
Since greens of this caliber are on the endangered species list
What can be done and who is willing to risk jail time?
