It's Not a Final Goodbye
A memory candle I do lite.
On this date of your birth.
A celebration of your life on earth.
I lite this candle just for you.
See it come to life and glow,
See it flicker, see it dance,
Sending shadows to and fro.
I know you're sitting with the Lord.
So until we meet again
My memories of you will continue to grow.
