My neighbour Cath visited me
cat followed, but Cath did not see
puss piddled then shat
on my Persian mat
it was a true catastrophe!

Did Cath offer to clean it up, or did you end up cleaning it Jan? I have been somwhart scarce on soup as hubby had a major operation - he had a benign tumor on his pituatary gland, which was pressing on his optic nerves and was told by the end of this year he would go blind - we had no option - went in all alone, but my son and I picked him up 5 days later. Also I was very emotional during this period and didn't answer or read poems or write poems. Hugs and blessings, Jennifer.

My hubby calls our cat 'Catastrophe' like it's her name - no wonder she doesn't like him!

Clever! America's Funniest Videos regularly show videos of pets destroying property which is why my grandfather's rule still applies: the only animals permitted inside the house are those on the menu! Aloha! Rico
