Is It Rare To See a White Wolf Grandpa

"Is it rare to see a white wolf Grandpa?" I stared at the child. Then at my husband. That depends, Grandpa said. In the house? The child’s worried look changed immediately. “Under the bed?” I gave my husband a guttural sound. He looked up. “A wolf wouldn’t fit there. He would be squashed.” What if we saw one in the garden? The child asked. “I would hand him a rake and some gloves,” Grandpa told him. Satisfied, he began to settle down with his video game. “A white wolf!” My husband said. “Imagine that.” I did not have to imagine it; there was a white wolf on his magazine. Children have a lot of imagination ! They visualize things that they see in a picture or read about in books. No wonder with the picture of the white wolf on the magazine, he grew curious to know about it.....

Things trigger a child so fast, we have to be careful what we do, say, read and watch on tv.

How marvelous. I love this one, Caren. I want you to know that I am heartbroken today because of the deaths of nineteen children and two teachers in Uvale, Texas. Is your school safe??? Is any school safe??? I don't know, but I worry about it.

No school is safe; we have all of these stupid glass windows on every door, and we have IDIOTS who always prop the doors open even when we are told REPEATEDLY not to!
