Constance La France's Three Options in 1 Contest...24 Jul 2025...' oh my..a spectacle of glorious birds meeting night relieves me from any dark of sorrow.'

Birds Flying under Clouds at Dusk · Free Stock Photo

With keen eyes, I follow July’s evening
Spread its blended palette of amber tints,
Of varnish 'midst interlude of showers
That  I enter into nature's mystique;
Before me— an avian carousal
A radiant skyscape where nightingales
And jays reel from warmth of moonlight, aflame
Circling within rare space of equinox:

Birds' flights slowly disengaging for now
From interludes of pewter pewter dew.

You have painted the twilight sky in the interlude between showers in such tantalizing beauty. The skyscape where colors blend and avian horde reel, is described in such a way that I feel I am watching the scene with my naked eyes! A lovely little poem, dear Nette.

Dear Nette, O' what a quiet ritual with July’s twilight brushed in amber, soft rain mingling with mystique. I see the birds in motion, moonlit and tender, a fleeting ballet within the equinox’s splendor. That image of flight fading into pewter dew lingers and so evocative, delicate, deeply felt. Your paintbrush painted the letting go with reverence. Summer Blessings, Dear Nette, Daniel
