We love him, because he first loved us.

INTENSELY IN LOVE
As the wind rustles to dance with my hair,
I turned to behold before-- placed in furnace of struggles
where no one but You Father God, I can hold unto...
How you come to my rescue each time I call Your Name.
My admission that I need You and so my every submission
brings me forth the Spirit of Victory...
I weaken and tremble with the pressing trials
that stormily comes in my path,
that sometimes I come to my knees
and fall to deafening cries
but as I call unto You
You came and soothe my pain...
You hugged me everyday with the gift of sunrise
that tinge in me a hue of hope.
And as I spread my arms,
the breeze embraced me reminding me to go on, on and on...
Imperfect me fall to the lure of the devil,
pride and ignorance, they blind me.
They bind me to false beliefs
as see they mirror my being human:
uncontrollable and a weakling
but still Oh God,
You come to seek me;
You come to reach me;
You come to pull me back
You come to remind me as ever
of your faithful unfailing love...
Despite my failures to follow you,
so with sins that brought You frowns
and worst that brought You to the cross
still when I turn to You....
You accept me without second thoughts
Focusing more with my present than my past...
Your revelations overwhelms my soul
that more and more and more
I keep on digging deeper to know You.
Deeper oh deeper, I am falling in love to You...
Hence,
no matter what this terrible world brings me
no matter what some people do to me
I stand steadfast and firm to exclaim my love to You
as they--- they can never take that experience, I have with You...
Accepting You didn't give an assurance
of a life lain on bed of roses alone
rather it is by holding unto You,
it is by seeing more than these earthly passing things,
it is by living like Jesus Christ, Your Son whom You sacrificed
that will give me the grace of eternal life..
You love me first before I am loving You...
Before I became human
You already set for me a future: green, rich and bright...
It's just a matter of obeying You
Obeying Your will regardless of any hardship that comes
Through tears and joys
Through sickness and health
Through weariness and richness
I must obey Your will
knowing that selfless total obedience is an expression of love
And so, You will bless me from glory to glory...
