Intellectual Mind

16 flares is how I rep. my teenage years Living my life in pain Dealing with strife grain by grain Looking up to my father As well as my brother Stuck in the system All we got is each other As my boys told me Live every day like It's your last So I'd push away my strife Let the knife wounds live in the past Still 134 days My intellectual mind begin to downgrade Like colorful fall leaves that begin to crumble and fade With my intellectual thoughts still thinking black and white No gray Just like last Christmas I'll be locked up gazing at the white winter snow Spray in the cold December wind Making 3 dimensional snowflakes for other minds to spin

Teenage years are probably the best and the worst.. this is rhyme that you have here... whenever you don't know, consult the resources that P.S. provides :) They're very helpful to me, but alas, a great poem and thanks for sharing!
