Instant Noodles

Momofuku
what did you do
took a dried noodle
and made a caboodle

a country in famine
you took time to examine
and created fast food
to feed the whole brood

At first I thought that you had made up 'Momofuku.' But I see that it's a real word in the real world. ~ Yankee Noodle

Yes, Momofuku Ando. Quite an ingenious man - thinking to fry a noodle so it could be dried and packaged. He used the wheat Americans gave Japan after the war to make bread. hehe, clever, wh?
