Inside the Great Halls of Us
“Inside the Great Halls of Us”
Inside
The Great Halls of Us,
there resides a ghost
IT hides in plain sight,
waiting quietly, alone,
in our dark
there, IT holds ITs light,
to draw us further in,
we nervously laugh IT off
ITs reflection lit,
seems glowingly familiar,
we are frightened of IT -
the most of us are,
we are at first,
we’d like to turn
the main switch off,
we’d like to
pull the whole damned plug
short wire
the electric circuits
evade the phantom ringmaster
from this unexpected most irreverent,
yet long anticipated moment,
we demand reality, in real time -
yet this stark, inevitable meeting,
has us frozen here - here we are,
with IT, alone, energetically confined
vibrational, dimensionless
in this singularity, this
timeless point in time
we’d like to
turn away
and run
from
that,
which is -
so very real, confronting
in this, our own Dreamtime,
the calling is so lucid,
the circus
of our life,
reviewed
inside
The Great Halls of Us,
resides a ghost
our daemons
guide us there,
they are not blind,
these, our most loathed
and loved familiars,
introduce us to another kind
now in this moment,
in our sleep,
we are awake, for once
we clearly see,
that, which we don't wish to see,
we’d like to turn, but can’t -
for now we see,
IT has the face of us, we are -
the grace of God
ITs eyes, our mirrors,
measure our real worth
which is, in us, The Truth
we lack the courage,
IT has to stand firm ITs ground,
for IT can, and IT will never lose
to dream us Home,
and IT takes
strong faith in us,
for what IT asks,
is that which resides,
inside the All of us -
a contract to ignite,
to brighter shine for evermore,
in the Now of us
to rapturously radiate
crystalline, more pure
in ITs divinity,
singular
and powerful,
new life creating, IT is
we
are
bit
IT is us
and
We are IT

daemon. Noun
In the general sense, daemon is an older form of the word "demon",
from the classical Greek, daimon, ("god", "godlike", "power", "fate").
The ancient Greeks' concept of a "personal daemon" was similar to the modern concept of a "guardian angel”;
eudaemonia is the state of being helped or protected by a kindly spirit.
daemon (computing)
“A daemon is a type of program on Unix-like operating systems that runs unobtrusively in the background, rather than under the direct control of a user, waiting to be activated by the occurrence of a specific event or condition.”

The Dreamtime.
“The Dreamtime is the Aboriginal understanding of the world, of it's creation, and it's great stories. The Dreamtime is the beginning of knowledge, from which came the laws of existence. For survival these laws must be observed. The Dreaming world was the old time of the Ancestor Beings.”

Singularity
In the study of unstable systems, James Clerk Maxwell in 1873 was the first to use the term singularity in its most general sense: that in which it refers to ‘contexts in which arbitrarily small changes, commonly unpredictably, may lead to arbitrarily large effects’.”
“The singularity is the centre of a black hole. A black hole by definition is a region of space with a very strong gravitational field where even light cannot escape past a certain point, called the event horizon or "the point of no return."
“At the center of a black hole the gravity is so strong that, according to general relativity, space-time becomes so extremely curved that ultimately the curvature becomes infinite. This results in space-time having a jagged edge, beyond which physics no longer exists - the singularity.”
“Near a black hole, the slowing of time is extreme. From the viewpoint of an observer outside the black hole, time stops. Inside the black hole, the flow of time itself draws falling objects into the center of the black hole. No force in the universe can stop this fall, any more than we can stop the flow of time.”
The Singularity/technology.
“The technological singularity—or simply the singularity—is a hypothetical point in time at which technological growth becomes uncontrollable and irreversible, resulting in unforeseeable changes to human civilization”.
Ghost in the Machine.
The ghost in the machine means the consciousness or mind carried in a physical entity. Gilbert Ryle coined the term in his 1949 work ‘The Concept of Mind’ as a criticism of René Descartes. Descartes believed in dualism, the idea that the human mind is not physical, that it exists independently of the human brain. Ryle referred to this idea as the ‘ghost in the machine’. He believed that human consciousness and mind are very dependent on the human brain. The term ‘ghost in the machine’ has come to also describe the supposed consciousness in a device that behaves as if it has a will that is independent of what the human operator wants the device to do. Computer programmers have appropriated the term ‘ghost in the machine’ to explain when a programs runs contrary to their expectations. The idiom ‘ghost in the machine’ is a metaphor, which is a comparison that is made figuratively.
