pluviophile inhales petrichor after hard storm.... fennel's essence wafts

Three lines = three new words for me, though I had heard fennel before. But 'pluviophile' --- Gawd, what a word!! Btw, what do you call a lover of ice and snow? (Answer -- Insane. ha, ha)… Thanks, Sara!

Gershon, Awesome that you learned three new words. I have fern leaf fennel in my herb garden. It has the essence of licorice(smell and taste). It is edible and is used for some herbal remedies as well. A person who loves cold and snow is a chionophile..Chion for an animal/animals designed to live in the cold. Thanks for the visit.
