Infodemic Rant

conspiracy theories usually hide ... in the shadows .. but as Covid spreads across the globe baseless opinions and conspiracies have spread like fire by people with limited actual knowledge using a lot of guesswork and the propaganda flourishes ~ people with no training in virology speak like experts and social media users speak like high level intelligence officials ~ 'the covid detectives tell their wild tales with wooden faces' viral misinformation is exploding everywhere and I am lost in a sea of theories with weak or no evidence of any kind these are the sort of people who also are in climate denial, refuse to believe there is prejudice, that guns are okay, and are just plain negative about just about everything happening in the world ~ coronavirus is the same as the flu masks don't work, vaccines won't work and will poison our bodies... its all a hoax ~ 'and a snake slithers across the sand' I have heard and read things like covid 19 is a genetically engineered bioweapon that escaped a lab in China .. that the US helped create it and conspire to hide the truth that China stole the virus from Canada ... that the pandemic is being used to depopulate the world (well, that is working if true) 'and grass grows greener in graveyards' ~ the purpose of isolations, business closures wearing masks and vaccines is to enslave humanity and they have the false misleading information to prove it ~ ' a fatal theory wings its way across the land like a bird of prey' I have heard that the pharmaceutical industry is involved in the spread of coronavirus around the world ... that, 5G high speed wireless technology is helping to spread it, and it goes on and on ... ' and the drum of time rolls and rolls' ~ I am not telling anyone what to believe, that is for you to decide ... but I will get the vaccine ...I will wear a mask and wash my hands and stay home when required because ...
