Inescapable

We all shall one day die Only if we know how... How the death will visit And strike with his rod? No matter how we fly Crawl, run, or jump Under this sun it is certain It will come. One of us died yesterday His turn came Like a thief who desires not material A dreadful and deadly assassin So it will be and unto us To receive blames or rewards His plight he has gone to decide. How we cried! Thinking that one day We would be long gone.
