In Two Distant Worlds
Somebody said
that without dreams
there wouldn't be
a vision of anything
when nothing
will be revealed;
don't you dream of holding
someone you met
and ask her for a dance?
Ah, without dreams
life won't seem real...
not kissing in that moonlight;
ah, be aware that some dreams
have a glow of white!
Now, hold on to that dream jealously
never thinking it wouldn't
stay in the heart,
'though we are in two distant worlds
still loving endlessly!
Ah, without dreams
life won't seem real to many,
never be afraid to spin
the wheel of destiny and win!
Oh, we must stay this close
and refuse to let anyone
see us in two distant worlds;
is it too hard for us
to find happiness
and think with a strong mind
smiling again,
and start believing in ourselves...
whisking away thoughts full of rain
when raindrops won't make us
blind and unkind!
Have we turned into two lonely lovers
who wouldn't rather be in two distant worlds
and taste heartbreaks and delusions,
anger and distrust they shouldn't be the only choices
when distance will make us sad and restless!
We must end this loneliness
and don't find ourselves in two distant worlds!
