In the Corners of My Mind

In the corners of my mind
Where only beauty sleeps
Nestled in a peaceful rest
I hold you in a dream
For many days have come and gone
Within my mind I see
Your emerald eyes of beauty
Staring back at me
I go back every chance I get
To sit and sip hot tea
The place where dreams arrived of beauty
To drown in ecstasy
In the corners of my mind
Where only beauty sleeps
Nestled in a peaceful rest
I cry out in a dream
