In Shadows of Dawn

My greatest fear is not the fall, But failing myself, the deepest dread. A Queen I sought through toil and call, Now stands before me, love’s thread. She rekindles spring's warm embrace, Her beauty in each quiet glance, Her laughter, a spark in my space, Revives my hope with a gentle dance. Her touch, like dawn on weary skin, Melts the frost that clings to my heart. In her, a light I find within— A pulse that stirs my silent part. Her eyes, like stars at morning’s crest, Gleam with a sunlit, ocean hue. A miracle that warms my chest, A light that makes my world anew. Her beauty shines like sunrise gold, A warmth that breaks the darkest night. The promise of a dawn unfolds, When shadows fade and dreams take flight. Our words, like paths through morning mist, Guide me where my visions lie. Each step is kissed by hope’s soft twist, A journey clear beneath the sky. Her voice, a beacon through the dark, Points where my deepest dreams align. In every phrase, a guiding spark— A place where our hearts intertwine. Yet, I question my own trust, Can I keep this love so true? Will I falter, as I must, Or stay steadfast through and through? In her calm, a breeze on restless seas, Her touch soothes every scar and fray. No grand demands or lofty pleas, Just warmth that keeps the cold away. Her grace, a gift both rare and bright, No heavy quest or grand request. In simple peace, she holds me tight, A love that needs no more than rest. In every glance and tender touch, She brings a love both pure and kind. A heart that warms, a treasure much, A bond that grows with every find. I sense our love as roots entwine, A seedling’s growth, strong and true. A melody of hearts aligned, A song that I hope she hears too.
