In Regards To Free Verse

Line's free verse,
         always touches my heart with emotion;
      in short lines she pens beautifully,
         poems like bouquets of flowers.
  Of nature, of life, of sadness and great grief,
  often a message or lesson to give the reader;
    her grammar and spelling is perfection,
             I think she has style !

             Lu's free verse,
        leaves me breathless and weeping;
      I get lost in her reverie and woe,
        she has the skill to take us with her.
  On journeys of life and of grief she bares her soul,
  I feel her pain dripping from each written word;
    and her nature poetry is divine,
               I think she has style!

              My own free verse,
         well, that is when I can just fly;
      throw away rules and know freedom,
         oh, it is well known that I write about death.
  It is my forte and I write to share my sorrow with the world,
  I write my grief over and over hoping some soul to touch;
     but I also write of nature, love and my cat,
             I think I have style !
