In and Out of Love
The soft touch of your hand on my back....
The feeling of your arms around me,
These are the things I love the most.
Whispering "i love you" in my ear,
Pulling me closer to you,
Listening to my heart beat,
As it beats for no one else but you.
There's no feeling greater than this....
There's nothing sweeter....
Than the taste of your kiss....
The feeling is invigorating,
It's almost intoxicating.
I can't live without it....
Now, you make me sick....
I can't stand the sight of you.
The thought of you makes my heart ill....
You make my beating heart stand still.
Now I live life with no chill....
I hate everything about you,
Your bossyness and stubborness....
Your demanding side and your pride....
I thought you were my pride and joy,
But evidently, you lied.
You make me sick....
I can't stand the sight of you....
You asked if I would take you back,
And my heart says YES!!!
You came back to clean up the blood,
That once flowed from my broken heart.
You let your past go....
You let your love flow.....
With no holding back.
And for that....
I thank you.
I love you.
