In 100 Years

IN 100 YEARS If the world should remain a century from now Although at its present rate, I don't see how There will be further chaos, murder, and mayhem The future of mankind will be sorely dim If we are fortunate enough for hate to subside Where man won't feel the need to hide But will feel the freedom to openly proclaim His strong belief in Jesus' Name Then I foresee a world that is bright A world where Jesus is the guiding light But if man continues in his evil ways I pray that the Lord will shorten our days 18 May 2018 For the contest sponsored by Brian Davey

Ralph, pleased to make your acquaintance. I really think, since I am 75 now, I won't be around 100 years from now except in glorified body perhaps. Faith is as you said. Glad yo liked my poem. I'll stop by and read some of yours. Thanks again for you comment and support.
